I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked a table through Dineout after checking their menu and planning what to order, but when I actually arrived, none of those items were available. It felt like there was literally nothing to eat, which was extremely frustrating and misleading. To make it worse, when I asked the waiter about a dish called the chicken scallion bowl and what exactly it included, his response was simply, “it’s a bowl,” which was unhelpful and showed a lack of basic knowledge or interest in assisting customers. On top of that, the service was quite poor. There was no proper system for billing—the waiter just handed over a slip casually, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Visited Grey Cravings and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. We ordered a full bottle of wine, but they brought just one glass initially- how does that even happen? Basic order handling seems completely off.. Even with barely 2–3 tables occupied, the staff was completely inattentive and slow. Most ridiculous part was billing, they refused to accept Zomato payment for bottled alcohol. This is something we’ve never faced anywhere else and felt extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. On top of that, the food is average at best and definitely not worth the prices they charge. Overall, poor service, confusing policies, and overpriced food. Would NOT RECOMMENDED

I had a very disappointing experience here. I visited with my friends after making a prior reservation, but upon arrival, we were denied the seats we had booked. It took a lot of unnecessary arguments and back-and-forth before we were finally allowed in. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. We were then given a corner table where the AC wasn’t even functioning, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Overall, the service was poor and the treatment was unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a pathetic place to ever come to. It’s better if you stay home and enjoy your drink. The ambience you have at your home is better than what they have. The drinks you would make yourself would taste better than what the bartender would do here for you after confirming it over 3 times, and still manage to get the wrong thing on the table. I would prefer you to stay home and visit a different place in Chembur than coming here.

it was my bachelorette on Saturday evening which we supposed to celebrating at this place but because of poor arrangements staff asked us to shift out side dining area only because they have other big party reservations where as we also pre booked the place we didn't like the service and the behaviour of staff and had to leave within two hours would not recommend any party celebration here

Horrible food and Horrible service.. we ordered multiple things right from Salad to main course but to my surprise nothing was edible ... we ordered Mango drink and they gave strawberry saying this is Mango... I would not suggest anyone to visit this place.. avacado salad came with few pcs of Avacado and pomegranate... nothing else with it.. total waste of money and time...

The service is really very slow, and when the food is available, there are no plates kept on the table. No tissues, no spoons and no, there is no one there to service also properly.
