Dinner at Habibi’s turned out to be one of those rare evenings where everything just falls into place. The ambience is warm and unhurried, the kind of space that makes you want to linger, and the staff strike that ideal balance between attentive and unobtrusive. We started with drinks, and their cold coffee was a quiet standout nostalgic in the best way, subtle, and beautifully balanced. For the table, we ordered a spread of dips with pita, the Moutabal Malaki was impossibly creamy, the pita pillowy-soft, the Muhammara rich and deeply flavourful (my parents couldn’t get enough), and the Edamame Hummus, an absolute must if you love edamame, brought something fresh and unexpected to the mix. The Penne Arrabbiata deserves its own mention, a confident, full-flavoured 10/10. And the tiramisu? I’ll admit I’m not usually a fan, but Habibi’s version converted me on the spot. The cream was airy-light, the sweetness perfectly restrained, it was a faultless finish to the meal.

I went there recently with friends and I had the pleasure of going there when they first opened up as well. The service is top notch, everyone knows their stuff. The food is amazing, whatever we ordered both the 1st time and now recently - everything tasted so good. The chicken always melts in the mouth which will probably have you reaching for the menu again! Must try the mocktails too- really great refreshers and flavours. Special props to the Habibi team <3 Thanks for making our weekend. You’ve gained a regular! Keep it up.

It was truly a wonderful experience—authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, attentive service, and a warm, inviting ambience. I’d love to return and explore more of the menu. The beverages were exceptional as well. We tried the edamame hummus, baharat prawn sauté, signature chicken wings, mandi rice with slow-cooked lamb, and baklava, along with a selection of matcha drinks and mocktails.
