Lovely experience. A must try for all the japanese food lovers. The Japanese pancakes are very authentic and one of the best I have had. There was no waiting when we visited and the service was also quick

Tried hojicha latte for the first time. Took a few sips to adjust, but loved it in the end. The Baristas were super knowledgeable and took me through the whole menu. Bonus: pet-friendly café!

Cute pastel, Tokyo-inspired vibe that’s perfect for a chill dessert stop. I had the puru puru cat pudding which was delicious. Overall, a great spot for ambience and cute desserts.

I was curious about the cotton cheesecake and it did not disappoint. Super delicate, and the little tasters at the restaurant are such an amazing touch .

The service staff is just unbothered about taking peoples orders. They also dont explain the desserts properly. The shop (cant blame service staff for this) is clearly scamming people by charging mandatory service charge even for take aways. It’s illegal btw. When we asked them to remove the service charge because its not dine in, they printed a bill which levied the same amount as packaging charge. Like the only packaging youre giving is a basic paper bag and cardboard box, for an over priced dessert. Had loved the concept but the entire experience was an absolute let down and disappointment. I had ordered a tea cake and matcha mooncake - both of which felt dry and definitely not worth going for. Add the scam and unbothered staff- its a definite no go. Atleast till they improve on these things.

Interesting concept however the service needs to be spruced up ! After 20 minutes of waiting we had to flag down an attendant to get the menu. to request for water / refill and to take our order was another song and dance. We entered at 1 pm and left at 3 having eaten only 2 dishes we ordered. Our jiggly pancake after over 40 minutes of waiting was given by mistake to a wrong table. While the restaurant comped it with another dessert the experience was sub par due to the service. Good food, service can be better.

Soo I Just Went Up With My Friends In Here The Staff Was Super Sweet 10/10 I Ordered A Matcha And Hojicha Was Too Perfect , A Mochi Bear Shape Was Decent And 1 Teddy Bear Mousse Again Decent , Also Had An Tres Leches ( Which Was Stale ) Again Asked To The Server He Said We Use Sour Cherry Cream To It Legittt I Felt My 2 Yrs Into A Michelin Star Was Waste In Kitchen Like What Kinda Audicity It Takes To Lie On Face Even When I Gave It They Were Super Chilled About That And Which Was Replaced By Tiramisu A Great Hospitality Tho ( Also I Did A Rainbow Cake As A Takeaway Too Below Average Dry And Totally On Sugar Frosting Atleast On This Range Of Item I Expect Lil Good Elements, Pls Workout On Food Products Thankyou !’
