We went as a family dining. But it was so dark and noisy that we couldn’t enjoy the dinner bit rushed to finish our dinner so that we could go out.

The food was okay, but it did not have the “wow” factor we expected. Considering the prices, we did not feel it was worth the money. The service was extremely disappointing — I would honestly rate it 0/10. When our order arrived, the female waiter asked, “Is this your order?” and then handed the food to me from a distance instead of serving it properly at the table. There were no plates, spoons, or cutlery provided, and we had to wait a long time before calling another waiter to explain that this was unacceptable. The drinks were also disappointing. The beer was not chilled at all, and the cocktails were so poor that my partner finished his drink only forcefully. Overall, we did not enjoy the food or the service. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the music and spending time together. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

Terrible terrible service. No capacity to handle as many tables, hardly any service staff. Staff no attentive to needs. Manager is only namesake- doesn’t actually manage to get anything done. Food is ok. Other hitchki outlets are much better. Regret visiting this place. Bathroom is worse than a public toilet. And reviews are only 5 star and 1 star so it’s anybody’s guess how real the 5 star ones are!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place for lunch. Service wasn’t on time. No chairs for people waiting in a queue. Even on booking a table on Zomato, we had to wait for long. Food wasn’t tasteful. Confused and overworked staff. Please improve.

Terrible service. Food came after more than 1 hour. All other guests in the restaurant were facing same problem. Quality of food was also quite below average. Won't recommend to anyone
