Good ambience after renovation of the hotel. It's a non A/C hotel but you get plenty of fresh air on the 1st floor of the hotel

Sai prasad restaurant is located at bandra east near by kherwadi signal. Ambience was good. Seating arrangements was nicely prepared. Staff was nice and helpful. There are nice view from rooftop. There are ground floor and 1st floor in restaurant. if you want to seat rooftop there are seats available. Here's also breakfast available. but here's service disappointed me. Making food very slowly that's why you got your order was late. here roti and chicken handi get good and mostly people here come to taste this dish. if you want you order chinese food. Pav bhaji also tasty. Butter Chicken was really awesome I love it. Here ice cream, falooda also available👌👌✅✅ Overall awesome restaurant.

Visited sai prasad for dinner for the first time after it was renovated. The ambience now is much more better and the staff is trained well now. For starters we ordered chicken lollypop which were average and the Schezwan chutney was not upto the mark. Six pieces in one plate served with cabbage. Sufficient for 2 people. In main course we ordered chicken patiala which was wrapped in an omellete with chunks of chicken pieces and cooked in a thick brown gravy. To go along with the patiala chicken we ordered butter nan and butter rotis. The chicken was good and the nan was soft enough. Had a good experience all together.

Food is just up to the mark and the Biryani was just good and i felt it's just expensive for it . Ambience is good and staff is quite polite. Need to work on the taste ......

I wish i could have given negative star. Today we had a team lunch at sai prasad. We ordered multiple things and not a single item was good in taste. Even salt was missing in tawa pulaw. We asked the waiter but he didn't respond as they were all buzy in there own world. So pathetic service. In the last they put egg in veg food. One of my friend was allergic to egg so he vomit in the basin because of that egg. Then staff at the hotel started behaving rude and started asking money for the cleaning of wash basin. They dont care because of there food someone got ill and vomit. But they make us to pay full bill with penalty. I wish i could complain in consumer forum. Specially a lady at cash counter was pathetic and rude. So shameful. Just because she was a lady and we were company employee we couldn't argue. I hearted review is to try other restaurant like angrezi dhaba or krishna or even go for sanjay there are just near by. But never go to this restaurant for this kind of same experience if u are Specially willing to.

This is pretty disgusting i mean .. the order took so long .. and the restaurant is just 2 mins walking may be even less than that and still they took so much time and food was so bad .. thin gravy and tasteless .. didnt expect this .. won't lie but they served nice in lockdown but after all opened , they just compromised their status . We pay for it and i don't wish to get such service in return . This wasnt just once .. it has now happened many times .. its high time they look into their own kitchen . Rating 1/5 ... i would not even give that 1 but it was for the service received during lockdown

had a very disappointing experience at Sai Pressa Hotel. The food quality is average and does not justify the expectations. The biggest concern is the staff and counter personnel, who are extremely careless and lack basic knowledge of how to deal with customers. The service is poor, and there is no professionalism in handling guests. It feels like people visit this hotel only because there are no better options nearby; otherwise, no one would choose to come here. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place .
