we ordered for veg vibrant sushi which was very good , as iam regular visitor at this place , I love here pasta and sizzler , my friend loved their sour dough pizza which was tasty and worth for money , highly recommend.

Food is good as always. They charge an equivalent to service charges under a new header which should be avoided.

nachos was different. not the usual ones. very hard. menu said nachos with spicy salsa but there was no salasa,no spicy. just plain cheese sauce. and nachos were hard. chicken nuggets were bland. I know it thats how it should be, but they should compliment it with some spicy sauce. The rest was fine.

Unfortunately rating 0 is not an option. We had an extremely disappointing experience at Jugheads. 15 minutes after placing our order, we were informed that the chef was unable to prepare Risotto (one of the dishes we ordered). We looked for another small eat and placed the order. I fail to understand why it took 15 minutes to communicate this. 30-35 mins after our initial order, we started following up for the sizzler. Some excuses and stories were being told. Finally, the so called manager (who is extremely arrogant and the least customer friendly person I've ever seen) tells us casually- didn't you cancel the sizzler because you wanted a small eat". If Jugheads is going to take 50 minutes to prepare a sizzler, they've lost the plot completely. On asking for management's email/phone/feedback book, they failed to provide. On insisting, they took 10 minutes to provide. The manager had it easily available on his phone and just chose to delay us and antagonize us further. Oh and yes, the manager didn't bother apologize for his callous and his pathetic customer service.

worst food that I have ever had. ordered potato wedges ( it was just potatos burned to crisp) garlic bread was bland and grainy. the only thing good about jugheads was the diet coke that was served
