Ordered 2 Vada Pav combo worth Rs. 149 and Paratha meal. The vada pav given was stale and I told the staff about it to which they said that I returned one-half piece to them only. I asked them to smell it but they refused to do that and discarded it saying they'll replace it. They gave me Lassi as replacement but the fact that I am paying Rs. 149 for 2 wada pavs from. Kailash Parbat is because of the quality. I am disappointed that they could even provide a stale dish and not believe what I was trying to tell them.

We ordered for bhel puri, i mean.. what can go wrong with a basic bhel puri.. but no.. tasted very bad.. mamra were already soggy before adding anything to it.. tasted like they were roasted days before.. the taste of sev was not good.. the counter staff and the chef were not very friendly and rude in their repliesz

samosa chat with single pc samosa at 139 plus taxes, and samosa for 2 pcs is 99 plus taxes... rates dont seem justified not even for the taste which has declined then earlier..

Their starters are never available especially Paneer!!! pleasee remove them from the menu card! Also, incase by mistake the paneer is available, they always deny for Paneer 2 way tikka and ask you to order normal paneer tikka, basically they don't want to take efforts for preparing the 2 way tikka!

Ordered Aloo Tiki chaat….taste like they added some paneer or vegetable gravy 🤮, no chatni only oily gravy & dahi. Worst experience
