The crust is very light to the stomach and sauces are perfect to the taste, the staff is very graceful and friendly, the Ambiance is also pleasant and holds a good vibe in its atmosphere, overall i love the place and the food and the staff, i would def recommend this place for an authentic wood-fired pizzas !!

I had ordered 16 pizzas for our team lunch party, and since COD wasn’t available on Zomato, the order was placed over a call. Even though it was a last-minute request, the delivery was right on time and the pizzas were the yummiest! Thank you for the great service.

We ordered 3 pizzas all of them were nicely presented and tasted good. The Chef Rishabh actually made a pizza half and half to accommodate our topping requirement. The ambience was great.

A great place to visit, the pizzas are really good and garlic bread is awesome too. Also, special shoutout to the staff, they are really helpful and sweet 🙌

Yesterday we visited your Lower Parel outlet, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. We placed an order for pizza, pasta, garlic balls, and dessert, and ended up receiving our food *after 50 minutes* . The person taking our order seemed unfamiliar with the menu and even gave us incorrect items. We specifically ordered *Pasta with chicken and mushroom* , but what we received had only mushrooms and no chicken in Pasta. We also ordered a Puttanesca Pizza, but the pizza served had a poor base and was missing key ingredients like *basil, thyme, and olives* . When we pointed this out, we were told, “No sir, this is Puttanesca.” Since we visit regularly, we had a picture of the actual pizza, and only after showing it did he attempt to correct it — yet the second version still wasn’t right. When we finally spoke to the chef, he informed us that they didn’t have basil or thyme available at all. If ingredients were missing, *why were we not informed while ordering?* We would have chosen another pizza instead of receiving something completely different. As *regular customers of Keste* , this experience was extremely disappointing. Poor service, lack of communication, and incorrect food have made us rethink visiting the outlet again.

I would recommend everyone to SKIP this place as the food here is below average. It literally has no taste. Moreover, the experience was even worse. We went to celebrate our friend’s birthday with just a pastry not even a cake and the manager said “outside food is prohibited” so we asked him if we can just cut the pastry and put it in the box again. He agreed. BUT a chef named RISHABH made a scene out of it and started shouted on the manager rudely about the whole thing. This guy literally lacks manners to speak to a manager/customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I recently visited this place. I have asked for ketchup and the reply was very rude. I understand it's an Italian place but you can say no polity. please don't give rude replies to customers. average food and place.

Really bad place. Staff is not at all helpful. They refused to even give us regular water and were only serving bottled water. Pizza was also p bad for the attitude they had.

Place is extremely dirty, the brick oven was covered in dirt, asked for fettuccine gave penne and started arguing as well. Bad customer service and place

The service was horrible. The food is good but the pasta took an hour to come on the table even though we were the only ones at the restaurant
