Had visited Kiki’s with my family group of 35, and the experience was exceptional. The service was absolutely on point, and the food was amazing. They served a wide variety of delicacies, each one delicious in its own way. A special mention to Sonali, who coordinated all our orders seamlessly. She was completely hands-on and ensured everything was taken care of, making our overall experience at Kiki’s truly wonderful.

Really horrible taste that makes the place worthless. The ambience & service is good though but such a decent amount of money waste when 4 out of 5 dishes are bland and flavourless.

Food is really tasty we had sweet potato chaat & pizza in vegetarian option. Amruta made sure that was not spicy upto mark . She was very helpful. Also non-vegetarian option was tasty . Ambience is awesome. Must visit when in alibaug

Good good food, but the address on Zomato is wrong. It is not by the jetty but a bit inside Alibag Village.

Stopped by on the way to Mandwa Jetty for lunch. It’s around a 10 min drive away from the jetty. Food is good as is the ambience and the service. Good place to go if you want a relief from the seafood places of alibaug and try something continental.

Initially we had gone to this place just because it the name of the restaurant resembled to the one in Goa. But when we went there, we got sooo happy. The ambience is bang on. Music volume and type were also apt. Service was great, they had also olace coolers and fans for us in the outdoor sitting. The food was amazing in taste, we had also ordered masala papad and dum aloo apart from paneer tikka masala, lachcha paratha, paneer biryani, blue berry almond tart and flourless chocolate. Overall we had an amazing experience.

The worst restaurant! Visited on Sunday, 13th Aug. As we didn’t do a prior reservation, we called the restaurant at around 11AM and they told that they are booked from 1-3 and if we come by 12 we can try for walk-in. We reached at around 12:15 and it was empty. They gave us a table and there is no AC in the restaurant. The table they gave us had no fan around and we requested for turning the cooler slightly so both tables can share it but they ignored it and told us to order quickly. We understood that they are in a rush and since we didn’t have a prior reservation, we obliged and ordered everything at once. The starters came and they didn’t serve us. We thought it was ok as they might be in rush but then we saw 2 other tables where they were serving. We thought they might serve main course. Main course came and they didn’t serve us, we told them but they ignored. They didn’t even ask if we wanted to change our plates or would like bowl as we ordered curry. The staff kept coming and telling us that please get done quickly we obliged. We had placed the order slightly later for dal and 1 roti slightly late and it didn’t come. It was 1PM, the tables are empty and the pending order didn’t come. It was 1:20PM and the tables are empty and the order was pending. It was 1:40PM and the tables are still empty and the order is still pending. At 1:45, the order came and again no bowls. We were angry and we ordered for bill. As the tables were empty, NOW they asked us if we would like to order desserts and started talking nicely. We just told her to get the bill with no service charge and discount for the mistakes you made just because we came unreserved. She got the bill with the service charge and no discount. We told them to remove service charge and add discount but they didn’t oblige. We told them all the problems and they still didn’t apologise. They were just like you came unreserved. Is this the restaurant’s moto of serving customers only if they make prior reservation? It was 2:15PM and the tables are STILL EMPTY. Really happy that karma works instantly and happy that even after booking people didn’t come.

They served non vegetarian food inspite of us ordering vegetarian food. They casually apologized for ruining our religious beliefs. Please be careful about what you order in this place.

Very good ambiance, food is very okay, lights are good. Food is little expensive, not worth the taste.

Not really a great food experience. Need to improve on taste and quality. Ambience is good, instagram worthy but not palate.
