Pathetic Experience, Lots and lots of flies , A/C not cooling at all , I get a better experience sitting at a Udupi Hotel , Staff and manager doesn't care about you complaining

2 days ago i went to this restaurant at around 10pm with my family & relatives. Had a horrible experience. Paneer cheese roll served was pathetic in taste, they served all 6 of us 1 piece each and after having it we told the waiter that it's too salty. 2 pieces were remaining so he rudely told us that he can get 2 pieces made again. Boss you are not doing any favour. I am paying for the food and if it's not good, you need to change it. Then afterwards he was making some remarks and my wife saw that he's trying to show that we ate 6 pieces and now we are complaining. I don't know the waiter's name but he should be thrown out. Even the main course was not at all tasty but since we were getting late so we just finished and left, didn't order any desserts since mood was already off. After this experience it's decided that we will never visit your restaurant.

Pathetic experience. worst ambience because of flies. We had to keep moving hands to fly the flies away from food. The dishes cutlery were chipped. The restaurant is not maintained properly now . I guess the management changed and now someone else is handling it very poorly.

What a downslide of this place. It was once upon a time such an amazing restaurant but don't know why it changed so drastically. Flies everywhere. Ac not working. felt like some cheap restaurant with exorbitant prices. staff not bothered. never visit this place.

If y'all wanna dine with flies and cockroaches and rats, it's the best place. The staff is not bothered also to do anything about it upon pointing it out. Please avoid this place.

We ordered for fresh lime soda and creamy chicken soup both had cockroaches inside wen told the manager he says it will be changed Dirty hygiene

I made a booking and the place was not even open. They have mentioned "Open" on Zomato. But when we went there, it was closed. Terrible!

Took an hour to prepare the order and then cancelled the order at the last moment. No customer service call was received.
