The food and the ambience along with the service. everything was just really amazing! The tea options are really good worth trying. The focaccia bread sandwich had a freshly baked bread and tasted so well!

Is it a 5 star?? Pathetic hospitality.. Horrible service.. Glass of water was served on repeated requests.. Coffee used to be very good at the gourmet store with extremely warm staff like grishma & newton.. The service the quality of coffee and the quantity of coffee has gone down to pathetic standards..

A good place to grab a quick bite along with some coffee. They also have varieties of tea. Would recommend this place for tea enthusiast. Food is amazing & service is prompt.

I have been in hyatt last week. Its been wonderful experiences food was delicious, staff was gentle. Thanks to chef Ashwin and chef Rajiv for Special attention. Also 10/10 on customer satisfaction. I would love to visit this place again.

One of the amazing place to do the meeting. Staff is so courteous and the best part is they not only remember you but also what you want. Hot Virgin toddy is must try made by TK. swapnil is best at remembering your order and Benaz there leader is always around with a great smile.

Lobby lounge in grand hyatt mumbai has a very cozy ambience. The staff is polite. One of my brother eats Jain food so chef swayam gave us excellent recommendations regarding jain food options. I loved the baked cannelloni and the berry panacota.
