Located on 3rd floor of K Star Mall in food court. This place has great ambience n Cozy place to have chat with your friends and family while enjoying some fast food. I liked the self help machine where we can chose n make our own combination by ourselves without any help from staff. This will help during rush hours' n also to explore the options rather than choosing purely by staff recommendations. . Service was prompt. Easy to get table n it is cleaned in time. Staff was polite. Burger 🍔 was warm m Patty was well seasoned n crisp. I always feel their french fries are under seasoned. They did not provide lid with pepsi cup which may result in spillage when. Walking with drink to your table of when having drink. Paid parking space is available in Mall. No free wi-fi available. Escalator is available except for last one floor u have to walk up. Lifts are not working during pandemic. Toilets on floor are not well maintained n not clean.

McDonald's is everybody go to place for burger. The classic Mc veggie burger will never disappoint you. The mc cafe has a great menu to offer. The cold coffe is my personal favourite. The American cheese supreme is also one I'd recommend you.

The order was delayed more the 2 hours, after one hour and thirty minutes i got the call from Zomato delivery guy and he ask me to cancel the order because he was waiting for more the an hour for my order and still they haven't placed my order to him, I request to Zomato guy to wait for some time and i contact to the restaurant and there know one know about my order . And when finally I received my order, the half of items are missing I order for combo and in combo the fries was not delivered and 1 Mac veg was not delivered and burger bun was not fresh the fries I received was soggy and everything was cold And this is not the 1st time we ordered from this restaurant last time they have done same think staff are not good very disappointed with k Star MacDonald

Just bought strawberry milkshake…one of the worst milkshakes ever ….no flavour …looks like the essence was so bad …never thought McDonald’s would steep so low when it comes to milkshake…gone are the beautiful days when the American recipe was served for the same …now the quality is at the lowest possible one can think ….cheating people with this nothing else

I got delivery of the food almost after an hour of placing our order and received in a absolutely non eatable condition which was as cold as ice and fries were as hard as wood. Shit food condition. We had threw away the entire food parcel. More above that Zomato refused to give us an appropriate compensation. It’s all joint conspiracy by Mc Donald and Zomato

I allready inform restaurant to give fresh fries but restaurant sended were soggy fries and I order maxican alloo tikki but there is no tomato and onion ,very disappointed with your service ,I never order again ...

No food hygiene at all ,this place should be shut down ,there are cockroaches.i dont know how food license was given to a place like this.food is stale.And the place is very shady doesn’t feel safe to be at.
