I've had the best NYBC burrito bowl at this outlet. Twice. It was made by this friendly, talented guy Naved Sheikh. He listened and fulfilled my specific instructions patiently and recommended things for the bowl that took it go the next level. The portion size and taste and freshness of ingredients were all great! Would definitely come back again.

They share seating space with other restaurants in the food court. NYBC serves Mexican food. They serve tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burgers and pizzas; All of which is vegetarian and available in Jain too. You can even make your own burrito They are expensive but have good quality. Their packaging is great too. They give each dip in a separate container so food doesn’t become soggy. Recommend 💫 i) Tex Mex Burrito bowl - filled with fresh veggies, sauces,grated cheese, rajma and rice ii) Hard shell tacos - bite size tacos filled with veggies, guacamole and cheese iii)Nachos - with cheese sauce and salsa iv) Super Nachos - chips with rajma, jalapeños, salsa, cheese sauce and guacamole

Very expensive & too less portion size. The staff doesn’t make it in front of you & asks you to come back in some time which is goofy. The whole concept of the bowl being customizable is gone for a toss. And we are paying so much to eat it in a food court, not even a proper restaurant. Quality & taste is good. But pricewise it is definitely not worth it.

The customer service was appalling. There was nothing in stock, and when asked i didn’t even get a proper response from the employees. While placing the order the employees were busy arguing with each other than listening to my order. I didn’t expect this from New York burrito co. The rice was also raw to an extent

I had taken the guacamole burger, the bun was smelling and crumbled into pieces , there was a thin layer of guacamole, the patty was disgusting, it was cold and uncooked, when I complained to the staff they said it is suppose to be serve this way only. Very disappointed with the quality and taste.

I placed my order and the staff informed me they dont accept zomato pro for dine in its only on delivery..this is so disappointing as I specifically checked in zomato app as new York burrito company is stated for dining in zomato pro
