I visited this place during onam sadhya. The food and entire experience was very good. But special mention to the staff and their hospitality- they have managed the people so well and ensured that everyone is served .. also, hats off to Dipti / Deepti - this girl has managed the crowd, stayed calm and handled things way to well. Very hardworking and committed.. the hospitality of the staff justifies the name - Oota Thindi

The place was good and the service was decent, but despite having a reservation, we were made to wait while walk-ins were given preference; the manager was a bit rude, and a few dishes were also missed.

Horrible experience. Right from the food that was JUST not kerala style, to the literal war between the servers , dirty soiled clothes , messed tables , awful service and chaos. The food is ultra sweet and seems like they are serving the Gujarati community !!!! Sorry you are the worst experience of Kerala food. I can say this after going to Just Kerala , Santosham and guess what...I spent 899 per person !!!!! Big mistake...first and last one. Didnt mention that the manager or whosoever was at the counter was useless and a shame because he couldn't manage anything.

Pathetic Management for Onam Sadhya. Around 2.45 pm today, atleast 25-30 people were waiting for a table. People with booking of 1.30 and 2 pm were still waiting and there was no queue or a proper list which could be followed. I had a booking of 2.30 pm, but looking at the condition had no option but to leave. Either they should give slots for such feasts and take bookings only as per their seating capacity

Extremely poor management and subpar food. We went for their Onam Sadhya on August 23rd, expecting a wholesome festive experience, but were met with disorganized staff and bland, disappointing dishes. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere."

Extremely badly managed for onam sadya. The owner in wanting to give everyone a good experience has fired the entire experience. After pre booking waited for 1 hr without knowing if a table will be available for the next hour.
