This was my first time at Pause and I'm blown away. We ate sooo much since it was all very tempting but it didn't feel yucky and heavy. You can taste the care the chef and owners take in their ingredients, assortment without compromising on tatse. We started with the rainbow salad rolls which were fresh and tasted like a mouthful of sunshine. Followed by the yummm Broccoli millet salad. The mushroom sliders were sumptious and the Mexican salad was a perfect for sharing. Finally, we were tempted by the chocolate orange mousse looked and tasted like a work of art. (🤯 Fact - it has no dairy or added sugar) Needless to say, I ll be back. An intimate place with a huge heart and a single minded focus on delicius food that's good for you.

Pause is located in Pali Hill Bandra West and it is easy to find on Google Maps. The cafe is small but they have arranged everything very systematically and the moment you enter it you will fell in love with the place. The menu gives a healthy twist to all the global cuisines and trust me you will love all the items they serve. Prices are at par with similar type of healthy food cafe and the quantity served is great. Went here for dinner and both kitchen plus table service was on time. Special thanks to Captain Patrick and Staff Suraj as they were polite and attentive. What We Had - APPETISERS~ Pulled Jackfruit Slider. 4/5 Pause Special Wings. 5/5 MAINS~ Mac n Cheese. 4/5 Khao Suey. 4/5 DESSERTS~ Chocolate Hazelnut Tart. 4/5 BEVERAGES~ Dark Chocolate Orange Mocha. 5/5 Passionfruit Blue Pea Iced Tea. 5/5 So Pause Bandra should be visited if you wanna eat guilt free food which is tasty as well.

It’s a small place with courteous staff and a good menu but… it lacks taste. They simply justify saying it’s vegan cheese and that is vegan, etc. The basic requirement of anyone going to a restaurant is to have a good time and really good food. It your reasonings is aligning with the very basic requirement then cutdown your menu that tastes good regardless of what ingredient used. A vegan cheese should not change the taste or the experience that the guest comes for. Use the ingredients that you’re using but make the outcome acceptable and then sell it otherwise just stop making it. It’s a genuine request or a suggestion and not a complaint as of now. I visited this place seeing the rating but my experience was bad with what we ordered. Hot orange zest mocha or something I ordered it had little bigger chunks of the orange zest. Tiramisu was bad, reasoning vegan cheese makes it sour. Then please don’t make it, serve it, offer it. Please don’t take it as a rude complaint but a genuine suggestion.

it's a small joint there were fly and mosquito the moment I sat the food service was very slow only 3 table were full still it took my starter was served before the soul and it took 45 minutes for the next starter and so the main course only good point wad the food and the dessert was very different than the picture
