Ribbons and Balloons, one of the most known brands when it comes to cakes and pastry's. They also provide you with some customize cakes for birthday parties and anniversary, just that order should be done few days prior to the delivery. Number of varieties in cakes and hence one can order the favorite flavor with their favorite filling inside the cake. Customize cakes may get a bit costlier but are worth it when it comes to their cake making. They also deliver if the cake at your request if that's quite heavy. Talking about the cake shop, that's quite nice and simple with fancy lights and variations of cake to select from. Candles, Hats and other party items are also available :) Recommended 👍

Ribbons & Balloons is located on LBS road in Mulund West..(near govardhan nagar) This place is nice and staff here are good and very polite. They will explain you the menu and the best cake to purchase.. I have tried a variety of different chocolate flavored cakes, not many of them but just 2 or 3 different types of cakes, puffs and pastries also. Quality:-5/5 Service:-4.5/5 Quantity:-4/5 Highly recommended Rich Truffle Cake ,chocolate cake and Designer cake. I would definitely visit again.

I had mango delight cake and it was so yumm like jelly on the top n flavour was so fab jelly plus cream n mango taste it was like a mixture and v had this cake for first time bcoz i wanted to have pineapple cake but i got mango delight over there n taut once i shud give it a try n trust me it tastes so amazing n flavourful...n the other one i had is hangyo's vanilla icecream n vanilla is my fav one the quantity n quality both were perfect n worth❤️

Ribbons & Balloons is situated at prime location of Mulund(west) on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. Ribbons & Balloons is best cake shop in Mulund(west). All cakes and pastries are tasty and delicious. Quality of cakes are good. Their black forest and fruit cake are my favourite.Price of cakes and pastries are low. Taste 5/5 Quality 5/5 Highly recommended to all people. Must try their Pastries.

Ribbons and ballon is one of the best cake shop in town well i order one a few days ago. Had to say it was very great the chocolate flavour was quite good and little disappointed with the roll swiss but overall great experience.

Think 10 times before you enter this outlet!!! Well no doubt the cake of ribbons and balloons are the best..! But the customer service at this outlet is pathetic!! I had purchased a cake,the bank transaction showed declined on the swipe machine they had, so I went ahead and did the second transaction.And guess what I the amount was debited twice from my bank account.!They person there told me , you will receive refund for the failed transaction, which didn't happen even after 5 working days. I did check with my bank before I went back to them to ask for the refund.The bank on my side said it's debited and they owner don't accept it.All they have to do is say in our records the transaction is failed.So u go back and ask your bank.!The problem was with your machine.!! Even after that you don't fail to trouble your customer by asking them to visit the bank many times.! REGRET STEPPING IN THIS OUTLET.!!

I paid 1100rs, just for this... I was not expecting a professional a cake but this not the 10% of it...i explained this person how i wanted the cake evening he didn't understand i again went to the shop and explained him i precisely told him what i want exactly still he haven't asked or informed me to make changes... Even a non baker can print the picture exactly how they want & print it... Even the picture is not been stick in the centre flowers are faded and i don't wanted the msg to be on the cake board Such a waste of money, will never visit again

Had ordered the German black forest cake and got this instead. Very disappointed with the experience. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
