good vibes and nice music service needs to improve few items not available but they were in menu. food quantity is lesser with respect to monkey charged for panner tikka starter. food quality and drinks good 😊

This place has changed from its initial days. The service was very slow, while the starters were quickly served but the main course took more than 45 mins to arrive inspite of only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Even salt and pepper took 10 mins to be served. The dishes were only kept on the table, they didn't serve us on the plate. While the starters were good the main course was not great - rice was tasteless, breads were not cooked properly. overall not a great experience

Please don’t believe the rating and reviews. The food was quite below average, service was poor, music was too loud. Went there with family because of the rating and reviews , kinda disappointed. :/

Visited Rizz, Kandivali with family (5 people) and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience — one I would not wish on anyone. We ordered their so-called signature dishes — the Ghee Roast Paneer with Bun, Paneer Pizza, and Ravioli — items that are heavily praised across review platforms. Unfortunately, none of them lived up to the hype. The food quality was below average, poorly executed, and frankly not worth the price. What made it worse was the service. We waited over an hour after placing our order for the food to arrive. No updates, no apology, and zero accountability from the staff. For a restaurant that markets itself as a premium dining experience, this is simply unacceptable. I strongly suspect that the glowing reviews on platforms like Zomato and Google are paid or incentivised, because what we experienced on the ground was nowhere close to what is portrayed online. Future diners, please do your own judgment before visiting — do not rely solely on the ratings here. Overall: Poor food quality, terrible service, and a very long wait. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

This place has good ambience and vibe but the worst food and pathetic service. We were 15 of us and had ordered jan as well as non jan food but none if it had basic flavours in it and all was blend above this the waiter claims that jan food is always blend. Above this there was leakage from the ac an no one was bothered to clean due to which i son slipped n got badly hurt. WORST FOOD AND PATHETIC SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MOOD

We went on a Monday evening, had to wait 30 mins for water to be served and then another 45 mins for the food to come out. And then the main course arrived before the starters. When we complained to the manager, he was instead smiling and then mentioned I will now take care of you guys. We walked out of the restaurant without eating anything, wasted our time and spoilt the celebration.

Was very happy to have dinner with my in-laws but zero service zero staff management for placing order we have to wait for the senior to come he would come like 15-20 mins after we need to tell please call please call for oder very hectic and bad management and no sushi’s no pizza no boa half of the menu was not available so we had very worst experience over hear at RIZZ

Very very poor service…We waited for 90 minutes to get our food and beverages to get served.. It was not crowded infact than too the service was too slow
