I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The service provided by the team deserves a full 5 stars! I absolutely loved the chicken penne pasta 🫶🏻 and can’t wait to visit again.

malayi tikka was good, it was soft and mouth melting. I like chicken cordon blue. did not find such type of cordon blue in this area..

Sumit Gonsalves one of the worst experience in hospitality. After confirming a table for 15 pax, I was assigned a hostess to help with the decoration. Finalised the decor for my 3 year old sons birthday and to my suprise the hostess then informs me that you will have to adjust in a 11 seater table for 15pax. There was no explanation or apology for the false commitment but the dialogue from the manager sounded like "Aap ko jo karna hai karlo aap ko 15log 11 chair mein he fit karna padega". Cant recollect the managers name but seriously the entire team does not even understand the C of customer service. Highly Not Recommended, looking at the kind of language and speech they may just throw the dishes and drinks on the face.

Extremely disappointing experience! Had a terrible time at Vasai Salt Pan Restaurant. The service was absolutely pathetic — the staff were rude, unprofessional, and had no sense of basic courtesy. They seemed completely uninterested in attending to customers and behaved arrogantly when asked for simple things. The overall experience was frustrating and ruined the meal. Definitely not worth visiting — there are far better places nearby that actually value their customers.

Saltpan doesn’t know how to treat their customers. Me and my husband went there for dinner but we were asked to wait 10-15 mins till the table for two gets vacant. Although table for four was available, they did not assign us. So we left the place without dining. Never came across with such rules with any other restaurant.
