ambience is very nice we had hazelnut cold coffee and bagels , it was really delicious and dessert was also really yummy 😋....highly recommend

The ambience is just perfect for a date. We tried the grilled cajun chicken bagel from the wiches bagel menu it was delicious and full filing.

We have been ordering food from this place for a while. We decided to visit the Mulund outlet for a Sunday breakfast. We came out and felt as if half the Sunday was spent waiting for our breakfast. Our breakfast turned into brunch due to the wait time. After 30min we asked to be served at least coffee to survive the wait. Excruciatingly painful experience to dine at the outlet. Chaotic service needs improvement and serious training in handling food with gloves. Coffee in a mug is served in cups. Pls do not mislead!

The bagels at Samvene are absolutely outstanding—fresh, chewy, and packed with flavor. Perfectly toasted with a slight crisp on the outside and soft inside. A must-try for bagel lovers! Highly recommend!

absolutely disappointing. only one lady who has to cook and do the service. due to that the service was extremely slow.. and I wont blame her at all. she was absolutely new and was trying to learn on ph from her colleague. we ordered 3 bagels and only liked Cajun chicken relish bagel . other 2 which we ordered was pepperoni and one bacon one it was nothing other than veggies and bread. and the amount spent on that was absolutely not worth. personally felt owners have just opened and only looked at the ambience but didn't even thought once about pricing or service or experienced staffing.. again wanna say our experience was bad only because the way it being handled. The lady servicing and cooking really tried her best but it's just not worth.

Please don’t go here I placed my order. After half n hour when i again checked at counter so they had no idea about it…after placing it again i got my food very late. While billing i asked cashier to wave off service charges so she said it’s mandatory here. Worst experience ever. Food was smelly too.
