Sasarwadi in Belapur is a great spot if you’re craving authentic Maharashtrian-style Thalis. I tried the mutton Thali, and the meat was really tender and flavorful — you can tell it’s fresh and well-cooked. The overall Thali spread was delicious and satisfying. It’s also quite fairly priced for the quality they offer. Definitely a good place to visit if you’re in the mood for a hearty, traditional Thali!

nice ambiance Missal paav was fabulous. The tarri was actually hot! Assal Kolhapuri taste and feel! I have had Missal paav at many places in Mumbai and was yearning for the same taste as that of Pune and Kolhapur, and my search ended here. 100% satisfaction! Also try Kothimbir Wadi.

I had very pleasant and unique experience, ambience felt like it was designed very tastefully and keeping aesthetics of old fashioned cutlery and interior. Food was also very rich in flavours and authentic Maharashtrian taste. I liked bharle vange and shevagyache soup is must try.

Chicken fry they serve you with the chicken thali is awesome. They welcome you snacks and drinks until your food arrives. Nice ambience. If you dont eat spicy, then tell them in advance, because their spicy is very spicy

We were in the mood for a Non-Veg thali and, having ordered from the Sasarwadi Kharghar outlet previously, we planned to dine at their CBD Belapur outlet as we were nearby. The place seemed nice, and even the decor was pleasant. Though there weren't many tables occupied, the menu card looked elegant. My friend ordered a Fish Thali (Pomfret), and I ordered a Chicken Thali. We were served Kokum Sarbat Shots and a small plate of fryums. The food arrived and looked good too. The Chicken Thali consisted of Fried Chicken, Chicken Sukka, Chicken Rassa, Onion & Lemon, Sol Kadi, Indrayani Bhat, Bhakri, and a Ladoo. The Pomfret Thali consisted of a Pomfret Fry, Fish Rassa, Kolambi Sukka, and the rest of the items being common. We were highly disappointed with the food. They weren't able to perfect a basic thing like chicken curry. All the pieces in Chicken Sukka and Rassa were hard and not so fresh. Nothing great about the flavors in both preparations. Only the chicken fry was good. When we complained about the chicken being hard, the waiter said they had received the same complaint twice since morning, but it seemed the restaurant had done nothing about it and still suggested the Chicken Thali. We had also enquired about Vade Thali earlier, which is an option in most thali restaurants, but the staff said they didn't offer Vade Thali; you have to buy them separately. Even the Pomfret wasn't so fresh. Coming to the Ladoo, in a thali priced high, they didn't even care to add a good-quality Ladoo. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The food was below average. The prawns thali had surmai gravy and prawns Sukha in which the prawns were very small and only 2-3 pieces were there in it. The sol kadhi was good, and that was the only thing that was good. Bombil Fry was average and so was the Aloo wadi.
