We visited the 711 coffee shop on a whim... decided to try and see if it was any good.. and we loved the whole experience. we were a little late for dinner, but they accommodated us and served us very patiently. even though they said it was the last order, they still took a couple extra item orders without any hesitation. that was a 5 star moment. we ordered canelloni casa, pizza, Italian sizzler, garlic bread, hot chocolate (it's Christmas Eve), burger, sizzling brownie... and tho I'm a tough nut to crack, I loved each and every dish. they managed to fulfill every request well. pizza and garlic bread were nice and crispy.. pasta in sizzler was saucy... burger was well done. hot chocolate was uh-mazing!!!! mention to Saachi, our server.. very sweet person... overall staff was very courteous... definitely visiting again... and again...

10/10 for every parameter you may rate a restaurant on. Be it the ambience, food, service or pricing. It is undoubtedly the first choice when we wish to celebrate something or just have a pleasant meal. The palatial property in itself is an excuse to visit this restaurant, but keeping that aside the delicious food (especially the crispy lotus root, chilman biryani, Kashmiri Chaman and Paneer tukda) does complete justice to the pricing. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody reading this review.

everything is good. except recently they are not allowing payment through Zomato for unknown reasons. Customer is at loss since we opt for Zomato membership which can't be used.

We had buffet brunch, it was one of the best experiences, food was too good over here. Avin was overall very helpful, overall the staff was too helpful over here.

1) they are not allowed to pay by zomato/Swiggy/dineout. 2) paneer tandoor starter was served chilled 3) asked the manager to recommend a spicy sabzi, he recommend most expensive in the list which was Chefs special. which was very, very sweet and tangy in taste, not at all spicy. 4) Asked for kadak Roti, and we were served extra soft roti. I dont understand. Everything is ordered and came up with some issues. bill for 2 went to Rs 3000.

Unfortunately the app is not clear about no discount for Buffet lunch as told by the manager there that they are expecting people to pay using card/UPI or Cash only. the payment through offer through this is app is not allowed. they have displayed while entering the place that payment and offers through apps are not allowed. this is complete dissatisfaction for client by both the hotel and this app for not clearly mentioning it.

Worst buffet i have ever had!!! The staff is really ignorant and plates are not clean. Had to get the plate tray changed twice. The food is really average. Not refilled promptly. Options limited considering the cost. We were given a bill of 10 people when we were a party of 8. When asked they told us, where are the other 2 people.

the staff and manager are FRAUD. !! They force people to NOT pay through zomato and pay directly since they will get less money incase they pay through Zomato gold or swiggy dining . So please avoid this place in case you are expeting to get discount and planning to pay through zomato & Swiggy
