The food was amazing. Everything was great. We had a great time. We also took amazing pictures and the service was incredible.

"Soup-er Lunch at Shiv Sagar!" Dropped by Shiv Sagar for a quick Monday lunch and it turned out to be rice on point! Started with the Manchow soup—it was hot, spicy, and packed with flavor. Just the kind of bowl-d move my tastebuds needed! The veg fried rice was perfectly tossed, with veggies that still had their crunch credentials intact. Overall, a wok of art on a plate and a comforting sip in a bowl. Would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for some food with attitude!

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. We actually enjoyed the food a lot. And even the service was good. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the paneer chilly gravy and the royal falooda as it felt synthetic. We had: Pav bhaji- 5 star Dry Manchurian- 5 star Hakka noodles- 5 star Masala Dosa- 4.5 star Fried rice- 3 star Paneer chilly gravy- 2 star Royal falooda- 2 star

Good quality was excellent with each item we ordered was tasty as it could be. However service was quite slow and we ended up spending more than one hour for three of us

We always had a good opinion about this place in spite of occasional bad experience with food taste or quality. Decent South Indian food. Today, we ordered a tomato soup which was clearly made with too much ketchup and it had a peculiar smell - perhaps the bowl not washed or something else. We had ordered a paneer dish, roti, dahi wada etc - they were all fine - the curd in dahi wada wasn’t done yet but edible. We returned the soup- here whenever you complain, waiters and management still never agree if anything is wrong with their food. Since this is not the first time, we have decided we will not go to this place again

We visited to celebrate a birthday, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The food was average overall. For dessert, we ordered rabdi, and it was by far the worst rabdi we have ever had. It did not resemble rabdi at all and was more like eating plain mawa. We informed the waiter that we did not like it and expected at least some acknowledgment or a replacement dessert. Instead, he avoided our table entirely after that. We then spoke to the manager. We were three women, and both the waiter and the manager were disrespectful and rude. Their response was simply that this is how they make rabdi and that everyone else was eating it without any issue. As customers, if we express that we are unhappy with a dish, most restaurants respond politely and try to resolve the situation. Here, the attitude was essentially that we had to accept whatever was served. Worst service, average food, and absolutely no etiquette in the way they spoke to us. The entire birthday celebration was ruined.

we went there due to brand name and had worst experience. the food and staff both were problem 1) dal khichdi - as liquid as water and no rice seen unlike any other dal khichdi 2) tomato soup - this was very very sugary. it tasted more sugar than anything else. plus the bread crumb in it tasted stale and smelt different and unedible 3) tawa bhaji - no taste to gravy at all. overall we dint had good experience and when highlighted dish issue to staff although they were ready to change but one of the waited wasnt polite and we had already lost the appetite.

The food was served very late even though we were the only ones in the restaurant and the given food had hair in it. After complaining to the servant they were arguing with us.

Ramchandra (manager) is not at all professional. Very bad communication with us - rude, unprofessional, unapologetic.
