Celebrated my mom's 49th birthday at Shiv Sagar with our family, and it was the best choice.The Idli Fry & Neer Dosa were not only delightful but also added a touch of South Indian culinary magic to the joyous celebration. The attentive service and warm atmosphere made Shiv Sagar the ideal place for creating cherished birthday memories with loved ones.

Rated Shiv Sagar 10/10 and highly recommend it. The service is exceptional, and we always enjoy our dinners at Shiv Sagar outlets. The Onion Ring & Coleslaw were just some of the delightful dishes we savored during our dinner.

My breakfast near my hotel was the nearby Shiv Sagar, one of the most iconic eating chains across Mumbai.  I chose to kickstart my first meal in Mumbai with an authentic Mumbai Sandwich with the quintessential, tomato, cucumber and that piece of potato packed between two slices of white bread smeared in that signature green chutney, sprinkled with a mild seasoning of salted chaat masala.  It was an absolutely divine combination, very authentic and I loved the fact that the bread is usually not toasted and is served with sides cut, just perfect to make every bite all the more enjoyable.  The price point however was premium because it was a proper restaurant, whereas you could get that for 1/3rd the price at your nearby street food vendor.

3 ⭐️ only for food and not the service. The food was exceptional but they refused to accept payment via zomato which is very strange. On zomato it showed payment option but at the counter we weren’t allowed to pay via zomato. If you don’t accept payments then please don’t show the payment option of payment on Zomato. Thank god i didn’t pay or else i’d have to do unnecassary follow ups to get my monet back!

I erroneously made a double payment for my order but the staff refused to pay me back my money even after continuous follow up from my end. The staff was very rude and uncooperative
