The food was great, but the ambience was okay. Not recommended for a friends outing or taking your family. It’s a good place to go as a couple or College trends, but not professional friends.

The service has gone bad and there are only 2 people for the entire restaurant. Service is very slow and it is rediculously costly compared to some better places in the colony.

Today the experience was not great at all. Complete disappointment. Sizzlers and Jerk chicken not available on Saturday and that also Valentine's Day. How can they minus these delicious dishes today.. we decided to order a jerk chicken ..and the waiter said will take time almost 45 min, we said ok but he did not take the order at all as he said we were discussing when Ihe himself said it will take 45 mins. we normally go to Spin City but this time it was a real dissapointment..we were family of 5 and we did a reservation. First they seated us at a bigger table and later because they were expecting a big crowd they shifted us to a smaller table. we still adjusted and then to top it off we did not get the dish that we wanted.over all not happy with the service as my spouse did not get anything to eat ..SAD..

Missing of Greetings, Service Sequence and lack of communication with the guest while Taking orders as well as I placed Tandoor item took almost 56 mins to be served which was disappointing service, Hygiene standards should be maintained and Staff should be attentive to guest tables. I hope it will be recovered soon to satisfy guest service and raise guest flows
