Ordered 3 footlongs a few days ago. The lamb pepperoni in the footlongs was SPOILED and smelled horrible, when I tried getting in touch w zomato I got no help. My husband and I got food poisoning after eating that food even after we threw the spoiled meat away. This is horrible, never ordering from here again. Horrible hygiene, I mean how can you serve meat that smells? Do you know nothing of Food Safety?

The Service is very slow, the staff is not trained properly as well as the staff doesn't even understand the order, if the menu is changed/updated/upgraded the staff should be well adversed about it as well as they should be given proper training, I'm a regular customer at Subway have had from a lot of outlets but never got such service and not once or twice more than that, it was very disappointing

Did not receive half a sub since the order was read wrong, then was told to come and collect the pending order myself and eventually no solution was offered so order was cancelled- one of the worst customer service offered by restaurant with staff not even acknowledging their mistake and not helping deliver the actual order

Went to pick up 3 subway sandwiches at 9pm and they couldn’t even give it by 10pm. Made me wait for 1 hour at the outlet and kept preparing online orders instead, and then denied service after 1 hour of waiting. Terrible behaviour and no courtesy whatsoever. Left without any food.

Pathetic! The subway wasn’t toasted with cheese like I mentioned and the aloo patty was stale and the bread was very smelly and bad. I had to throw the entire thing away. Worst outlet of all.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki with toasted bread with creamy cheese and they send a normal bread without the cream. Like basic English for a toss
