Well taco bell is my favourite Mexican fast food restaurant. I believe the food here is better than bun based food. I would recommend going in for tacos than their burritos. Do ask for offers.

The quality and the level of taco bell is decreasing day by day. Experienced worst service and had alot of hygiene issuses as the place stinked.

I want to raise a complaint for the following reasons - 1. I want to order a meal ( big bell box ). but they told me that this is not acceptable. they asked me to order separate items. 2. I asked to show terms and conditions for offer. but they not slowed. manager was so arrogant. 3. I asked them for a glass of water. they refused to give water. which is not acceptable. 4. I ordered chicken rice bowl. rice bowl came with 4 5 small pc of chicken and full of rajma. overall worst experience

Worst taco bell I've ever visited...we had ordered crunchy tacos but we received soft tacos instead and the guy lied to us that those were crunchy tacos...also the drinks were too sweet, a very sweet syrup was added in 7up which was very bad in taste, the fries were also soggy...won't visit this taco bell ever.

growels mall filthy staff name suresh, absolutely arogant behavior, he didn't allow me to redemption, also I had refill black Pepsi but he was counting on the same, absolutely filthy n arrogant staff, I was a regular now I will not eat here nor recommend

as per Zomato gold offer I am suppose to receive 10% discount on my bill. but the restaurant manager Mr. Navnath refused to give the discount saying we don't give any discount. Zomato pls get into this matter as the manager was extremely rude as well

total cheap and low class .. always something is missing. this time it's mozzarella itself. if item is not there, zero courtesy to inform. disgusting mentality is what's running the show at growels

They are not accepting Zomato Gold. What’s the point of paying for Gold if this is the service to be accepted?
