The food was beautifully presented, flavours were perfectly balanced, and the drinks were crafted to perfection. Service throughout was smooth, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Had a wonderful experience at TAP. The ambience is lively yet comfortable, making it a great place to relax with friends or colleagues. A special mention to Manager Birender, who was extremely courteous and ensured everything was perfectly managed. Also, Captain Pritam deserves appreciation for his prompt service, warm attitude, and attention to detail — he truly made us feel well taken care of. Food quality was excellent, drinks were well crafted, and the overall service was smooth and professional. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again and recommend to others! 👍 Highly recommended for great food, service, and hospitality.

The hotel has a great ambience and the staff were courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay. However, the food quality was disappointing. The Aglio Olio pasta was easily the worst I’ve ever had - lacking flavor and poorly prepared. While the service and atmosphere were impressive, the dining experience needs significant improvement.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my husband and I had at your Chembur outlet on 22nd May. We had visited your venue only to inquire about the place, as we were planning to host a party there on 23rd May. However, we were denied entry because my husband was wearing shorts. While we understand that venues may have dress codes, we were not coming in to dine or party at that moment — we simply wanted to ask a few basic questions and check the venue before making a booking decision. What made the situation more upsetting was the lack of understanding and accommodation despite us being deaf. We tried communicating our purpose clearly, but the person at the desk was unwilling to compromise or assist us in any way. We felt disrespected and discriminated against, especially considering we were potential customers looking to organize an event at your venue. We expected better hospitality, professionalism, and sensitivity from your staff.
