This can be a good hangout place. The app used to order drinks didn't have the food menu so we had to ask the staff for the menu and he helped us out. We ordered chicken chilly, xxx fries and spaghetti. The pasta was not up to the mark as I expected. Overall the food was okay but can be better.

I dont understand even after government have the rule of not including Service charges in the bill this restraunt is charging 10% service charge!! And when we as them to deduct that they argue with us saying that it is the rule and show us some hand written board stucked on wall!!

extremely disappointing experience at bar stock exchange chembur our private party was completely ruined because of the terrible service the staff was rude unprofessional and seemed totally untrained they were slow inattentive and had no idea how to handle guests properly the food was tasteless cold and nowhere close to the quality we expected especially for such a popular place even simple orders took forever and came out wrong the whole atmosphere felt careless and badly managed definitely not recommended for private events or celebrations very poor hospitality and a complete waste of money

Manager- (Varun mandal ) very rude and misbehave Manager I am write to express my disappointment 14-5-2026 it was birthday party in Chembur baarstock exchange, Chembur Diamond Garden They are charging very high per plate, there is no value for money. Very poor service. Didn’t serve anything on table for 60 minutes test was also very bad and cold food. We got really disappointed with the service and very ashamed in front of guest don’t visit anyone in Barstock exchange

The waiters are least bothered about service and are always aloof. If you make eye contact with other waiter and ask him for anything.. they say they are not serving this table and walk away. Their new update app on IOS doesn’t have food menu. They levy 10% service charge but provide zero service. This is the most pathetic service i have had at any BSE.

Went to BSE with family and ordered 2 Margarita pizzas. They were extremely spicy.. The base sauce used was horrible. We took 1 pizza as a take away and no one could eat that one.. It was ridiculously spicy. I even told the waiter to ensure it should not be spicy as children would be eating it. No one even have a bite.

Went here for a dinner today and the manager over there took our water bottle and told us that when you guys leave I’ll give you. Never returned our bottle and we forgot as well. The service was 3rd class and the ambiance and the vibes of the whole place were bad. Don’t visit this place!

Had the worst experience here. This place has the rudest service and the most obnoxious manager. There was this guy, I think his name was Varun Mandal. He was rude and used extremely abusive language.

The service is so slow and the staff has no manners no service anything, third class, Food and third class management manager, ( BS hm logo ne gali nhi diya or mara nhi)
