Nice place to visit with friends and family. The ambience is good and the staff is respectful and approachable. Service is little slower than expected but other than that it's a good place.

Visited this place on 13th June 2024 with my family to my surprise there was no souls of customer at the restaurant being a Saturday even however placed order for a 2 full soup and one chicken lollipop as my toddler 1.7yrs likes this dish to my surprise the soup which arrived was pathetic and just a local soup nevertheless since I ordered for the lollipop it came and trust me dabbed tissue to remove excess oil and guess what I must have used more the 4 tissue per lollipop and the schezwan chutney was even more pathetic just spiced and no taste the crispy batter on lollipop was so oily that I had to remove them and eat all I could think of is 1 chef would be locally street guy 2)it must have been fried 2 times and the after effect of eating it tummy upset in the morning and motions very badly all this I am writing because please avoid going here as I pie 746 for 2 soups and one oily super oily lollipop and got tummy upset instead please order food from Sai Sanidhi restaurant and be safe Thank you THF will never visit you again Your once upon a time good food quality is becoming bad day by day change the chef and deliver good food till then no visiting THF

I don't know how the staff here behave with the customers, I came with my friend in a very good mood, and your staff spoiled the mood completely, we reached here around 11:30 pm. The staff here said show the ID, when I showed my ID to RM Mr. Loyal says you will not get drinks and the kitchen will also be closed at 12:00 am, you will have to leave from here at 12:00 am, & we are 28+ age. there is no way to talk to the staff here.

We walked into the place...and immediately we got vibes of a shady dance bar. On a weekend, there were very less people... extremely loud music and even more shady people sitting in groups. The ambience immediately made me and my friend (both women) uncomfortable. And let's not talk about the smell you get when u walk in... mouldy, sweaty. We just walked out immediately..and went to RHappy which was just next to it.

We entered here for dining at 8.45pm and immediately ordered a butter chicken, a plain rice and simply failed to deliver that in 1 hour 45mintues, post that served a white plain rice and told butter chicken is coming that also passed 30 minutes. I really regret to be here . So guys beware of coming here and looking for professional behaviour then please just forget it.

They forcefully removed us from the restro. Even after it was mentioned that the restro is open till 12 am. They did not hesitate to tell us to make way for exit. Even though the food was good, there should be some basic etiquettes about customer service.

Extremely slow service. Didn't get the food after 45 minutes and hence had to cancel it.
