after a long time I lived pesto pasta n garlic bread .. quality of bread was awesome...pizza too was yummy..perfect base and good amt of veggies n sauce .. ambience very classy ..had visited years back .m glad I went yesterday...will definitely repeat.ntge jewellery shop in same floor also good

Can’t believe I’m giving my favourite restaurant 2 stars! Only in the hope that things will improve & I can go back. Very disappointed with the caramelised onion goat cheese pizza which I order each time. Today the pizza was not the same. Neither in taste, look or texture. It was quite tasteless infact. The cheese was also different and also the caramelised onions. Intact I am certain either the chef or the recipe has changed. Very disappointed. Please get back the earlier pizza

Service standards have really fallen here over the years.. no sign of the famed taj service. Not greeted at our table, not seated, not served water nothing.. we had to keep calling for someone’s attend every single time.. food was average but overall very disappointing…very sad state of affairs!

Extremely disappointing experience at Trattoria, President – IHCL SeleQtions. As a Taj loyalist for over two decades who has dined across properties and always appreciated the warmth and professionalism of Taj staff, this visit was shocking. The team seemed disorganised, untrained and indifferent, with multiple staff members giving conflicting responses and taking over half an hour to address a simple request. The tone and behaviour were dismissive and bordered on disrespectful, making my family and me deeply uncomfortable. Having just experienced impeccable service at taj colaba, this lack of basic courtesy and consistency was disheartening and far below Taj standards.

We had gone on Saturday night. we ordered soup , burrito, pasta and pizza. All dishes we ordered were Jain. Pasta was 3/5 , rest all dishes were 0/5. the servers were very slow ,maybe because understaffed. we requested to add some pepper and salt and tomato sauce to pizza because it was so bland, yet it was not edible. very poor experience. also there were too many Mosquitos around us . would not recommend to any jain person atleast.

How the mighty have fallen… went in with very high expectations… was met with untrained staff, lacklustre food and unacceptable wait times. The lamb shank took over 1h30m. At this point we just paid the bill and walked out. Never mind the desserts. Escalated the matter to their Asst. Director, F&B. Good luck to Trattoria
