New but familiar Twenty Seven bakehouse is back at Mahalaxmi with a bang with a new restaurant offering some unique pizzas and baked goodies! Their signature pizza with Pistachios hit the right notes! Garlic knots are a must try and we would surely go back for them. The korean cream cheese buns were a perfect surprise with just the combination of sweet and spicy oozing filling. The wholesome Chorizo is a great option for die-heard non non-vegetarians. To end it there were a variety of desserts which made it very difficult to choose one. Ended up taking the basque. Not being a fan of cheesecakes, yet I loved it, especially the coffee one. Have a lot of dishes left to try and would surely love to visit this place again.

visited there last year though, but I had their stuff again just last month — and trust me, it’s still just as amazing. 💥 Nothing beats their crustless Basque cheesecake — it’s an absolute favourite! And those NY-style pies by are bomb! 💣 I’m sure everyone’s tried this by now, but if you haven’t — PLEASE head there and try the butter garlic knots. It’s seriously something I’d want on my deathbed. For sure. I also tried the BBQ chicken 🍕 with ranch to dip the crust — and OMG 🤌🤌🤌. Low-key, I think I loved the ranch more than the pizza itself

Service and food is running down! Use to be one of my favourites!!! The garlic knots here are my absolute favourite and one of a kind, howerever since last couple of times when called online they were chewy and not freshly done I’ve actually sent these to so many of my friends and now suddenly I don’t know why is this so neglected! I thought let me personally visit the place for its fresh bakes! And the garlic knots were again chewy so disappointing to see a great place not being bothere enough to maintain its flavours The pizza crust was greattt flavour was off in respect to the different cheese used! First I thought it’s just me I got the pizza left over home and my sister hated it. I’d love if the concerned person took concrete feedback and worked on it. I gave it at counter too but didn’t feel I was talking the right person. Just sad that can’t be calling from here anymore, I really was a big fan but as the flavours and freshness is a miss now, very upsetting! Sincerely, a loyal customer.

Based on multiple recommendations, we ordered the Garlic Knots and the pepperoni and spice pizza. While we loved the pizza, the garlic knots was undercooked. We brought this to the attention of the staff, while exiting, and decided to parcel it up, so that we could throw it out, instead of returning it to the restaurant, for them to maybe serve it to someone else. The manager, had left soon after taking our order, because today is a Sunday, according to the staff present.

Garlic Knots are absolutely to die for! Giving 3 stars only for that! Pizza was however a big let down. There's no taste as such and it's very expensive as well. They make the veg and non veg pizza in very close proximity. A big NO for me.

Visited two consecutive days on a weekend and hoped things would get better. I don’t remember the exact names of the products but will try to describe them at best. Had a tiramisu cream filled bun on day 1 and a lemon cheesecake cube with blue berry (?) jam. The tiramisu had nothing to resemble coffee except the powdered coffee powder on the top. I ate slowly and disintegrated it but still, it was nothing except the bread and the mild cream. On day two, the cheesecake was dry. I don’t know how else to describe it. I had to ask the servers twice if they warm it but they said this is how it is served. The outer coating of the cube, I had hoped, would be flaky because from the looks of it, you can see the layers of it but while tasting, you’ll feel its nothing more than a mildly salted bread. As for the cheesecake, like tiramisu, it was nothing but a mid level cheesecake. I had visited the place on both days at the same time and wonder why I found everything dry and stale. I wished they would warm things up but I also understand that the cream would melt. So, clearly there needs a better understanding of where they are going wrong. Another inconspicuous thing, when asked for a bill the staff would tell you the amount. Mind you, no bakery sweet on display as a price written on it, so you are going in blind and just been quoted a number to pay. On my second visit, I insisted to see the bill at-least to know how much are they charging and boy it is premium you are paying for the abysmal food. I am still trying to understand as to why is this the case. The cube costed me about 400+ and the tiramisu bun was 220+ All in all, not a good experience. It breaks your heart when the place is nice and swanky but the eventually the food that is served is so so disappointing. Don’t go by the hype guys and I hope the bakers reinstate the marketing budget on the RnD.

The pizza was very dry . Menu price ₹725/- plus taxes . Have had the best of the pizzas at Gustoso and Americano at a lesser price . The place charging ₹725/- for a pizza should least provide decent sitting then ₹800/- uncomfortable ikea chairs . Just that being a big fan of Masque and knowing it’s the same maker was excited to try the place and turned out to be super disappointing.
