PLACE : The Cult - Peninsula Grand Hotel Rooftop, Opposite Sakinaka Metro Station, Andheri Airport Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai RATINGS : Food: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 5/5 VFM: 4/5 @craveable_savour Ratings : 5/5 CONCEPT TESTING : As the name suggests, The Cult is truly all about food and fun. The Cult (Previously Opa) is one of the most happening places in Mumbai. The place focuses on best of all the worlds- sheesha, drinks & food. This makes it even more attractive. AMBIENCE : This plush and roomy lounge bar, exudes a chic vibe and the classy interiors with mood lighting enhances the feel and most importantly it has plush seating arrangements for your party needs. The music even on weekdays will force you to sing along and tap your feet to the tunes. SERVICE : Though the service staff is courteous and helpful however needs to be improved a little bit. FOOD : Farmhouse Special : RS. 375 / - ( tomato , mozarella cheese , mushroom , bellpeppers , broccoli , onion , babycorn , olives ) BBQ Chicken Pizza : RS. 475 / - ( Chicken , jalepeno , mozarella cheese ) Bouquet of Fries : RS. 250 / - OVERALL : We had a very good and satisfying experience at cult and would soon like to visit on weekend for partyin

We had a party of 200 people at this place on Nov 28 , Overall people didn’t like the service and food, plus the 10% alcohol was a disaster - mocktails were not served during a certain period of time - basically for a group of 200 the place was great , DJ was very good , ambience was perfect but the service was bad , many people said they didn’t get the starters , people standing didn’t get starters so not a good things - guess staff was an issue at the bar as well as on the floor. Food quality was also not great except few starters were fine but main course was strictly ok - so overall didn’t get a wow response from the company but it was strictly ok specially the food and service - plus lot of things you had promised were not given to us like mic, no outsiders till 11 , 10% discount on alcohol - anyway people will share appropriate feedback on zomato and other social media . Our experience with other places where people had to say no to starters whereas here the starters were stopped after a while and had to beg to get one

They treat you as if you were some unpaid guest. They give you seats based on your their choice. When we were uncomfortable the staff himself said ‘we do not give proper seating arrangement’ I don’t know what that means. On top of that they serve you food and water as if they are doing it for free. First, no glasses were given with water bottle. Then they did not give serving plates. On top of that, they did not think it is necessary to serve pizza with oragano. They literally serve us as if we are there for some free meals. We left the place early. And I was shocked to see many people waiting for going in. It was Saturday night. May be because of such high demand the restaurant does not value its customers. But, there are many other good places you can go with much polite staff and services. Definitely a No for this place. I would never suggest this place to anyone. In fact would tell my friends to not go there.

Going to this place was nightmare.. ruined whole fun + the money. As we settled down suddenly bunch of boys came almost threw our bags & sat down + misbehaved.. Bouncer not efficient to handle the situation. The drinks are extremely expensive + too dark & worst crowd u can expect with heights of mis management

This place is not to be visited...these guys charge money but don't provide sevices...they take money for same table from multiple people and then use their bouncers to threaten ppl....service staff are rude...manager doesnot know how to treat customer.....

The dj sucks. Does not play the requested song. Repeats the song thrice. All bollywood. Dj completely sucks. I paid 10k for table but not worth it
