On 17th May at around 3:08 PM, my colleagues and I had lunch at Wow! China by Wow! Momo, Palladium Mall, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel. We ordered the Veggie Rice in Chilli Garlic Sauce (Regular). Around 1.5 hours after eating, all three of us suffered from severe vomiting and diarrhea. Shockingly One of us, who consumed just 3–4 spoons of the dish was also affected just as severely — vomiting continuously for nearly 1.5 to 2 hours. This clearly indicates how poorly the food must have been prepared and showing how unsafe the food was. Our manager had to rush us to the doctor, who confirmed it was a case of food infection and prescribed medication for all of us. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety practices at this restaurant. We will never order from here again — even if it's the last restaurant on earth. Immediate action is required to ensure no other customer goes through this.

Very poor experience. The outlet is in shambles with AC water dripping on seats. AC temperature at 30 degrees in this June summer. Food we got was substandard, half the things in the menu were unavailable on an early Saturday evening. Hakka noodles were tasteless and chicken wings were fried in hurry. No chicken in chicken noodles. Never eating again in Wow China. Wow Momo should not spoil its brand value with this sister brand.

The chairs and the tables are so dirty here! If the seating is so bad, it worries me how the kitchen must be. All the upholstery is full of stains and dirt marks.. this makes the place very unfavourable to sit and dine !! So in a case like this, even if i love the food at wow momos or wow china, ill always think twice before coming here again

really had a very bad experience , the person himself used my Zomato to book the order and now told me to go visit some other branch bcoz it is no that branch , the photo show that he has my phone and no chiar or table was clean enough to sit

Spending 750 for a Small portion of Fried Rice and Gravy is no way value for Money for a Delivery Counter. Quality of Food is below average. You can get a Fine Dine Experience with this Amount. Will never visit them again.

My friends orders from here They are suffering from food poisoning Continue vomiting just after having the food. We called them they call are not even answering It’s a request please do not order anything from here

Pathetic service , i was asked not to use ZOMATO because the lady at the bill counter was not aware how the system is used she too 15 mins to take each other!!!!! Not acceptable at all

The manager said no for everything. He didn’t have basic necessities at the restaurant and did not provide the bill till the end. The tables were dirty and the staff was unhelpful

Very bad service. No proper system for ordering and paying. Won’t allow zomato pay for not so valid reason. Did not answer properly. Customer satisfaction extremely poor.
