200 bucks for a steam momo seemed overpriced. The taste was similar to what we have had on streets at half the price.

Extremely disappointed. I paid ₹300 for just 5 Darjeeling momos, which is way too overpriced. While placing the order, the staff told me it would take 5-7 minutes. But right after payment, the story changed to 20 minutes — not acceptable. When the momos finally arrived, they were completely broken and falling apart. On pointing this out, I was told “Darjeeling momos are supposed to be like this.” Really? In what country? If this is the standard of quality and service Wow Momo wants to be known for, it’s a serious letdown. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.

least interested in taking orders,single person taking orders and busy with making takeaway orders. late making of orders and no identification of veg and non veg momos. they just poke thier foke to check whether it's veg or non veg. very poor service. hope u improve on this. thankyou

My bill was 110, I had 510. The staff said they don't have change and sent me back... I came with change after 10 mins paid 110, when she kept the money I could clearly see 100 and 200 notes in the drawer, more than enough for providing the change... SAYJIN AND CHETAN were the staff, THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CHANGE RATHER THAN PROVIDING FOOD AND MAKING SALES.

The restaurant staff were pretty rude. The offers displayed that 2 plates for 99 were not available, also the staff said only high priced items were only available. Also don’t know why but wow momo stopped providing mayo with the momos, which is absolutely rubbish as we’re paying 500 rs for momos and we also need to pay extra for mayo sauce now?

Really bad experience with the staff at Wow Momo’s Oberoi ball. Staff had too much attitude and denied service because I had a 500 rupee note. Which food stall in the food court doesn’t have change for 500 bucks at 8pm in the evening!? Sheer lack of commitment and training. Needs to improve on quality of service and treat customers properly.

When i told them i’ll pay by zomato, they asked me to pay 387. Upon getting the bill, it showed the zomato dining as 329. On asking, they said, you got the discount, that’s it. But i still asked them about this. They told they also have to show this.

I had ordered Veg Pahari Fresh Momo but the momo were not upto the mark and 2 were broken they gave 2 again but they were undercooked all money waste .. not expected from WOW momos won't visit again

The lady at the counter said that district doesn't apply. If it doesn't, then why is it available on district? worst experience and she was rude also.
