We were travelling back from Ooty and decided to make a stop over at White Teak Coffee Roastes in Mysore. Since we had a toddler with us, I called in advance and asked the hotel manager if they could keep our order ready. He asked one of his hotel staff, Sharan, to call and take our order. He promptly called back and very patiently answered all our questions and took down our order. When we arrived at the table, the staff gave us a table immediately. The burger, Nutella brownie and Rose lemon tea were really yum. Very thankful to the team for their great service and delicious food.

Probably one of the worst café food experiences I’ve had. The food was outright pathetic—tasteless, poorly prepared, and felt like zero effort was put into it. Paying premium prices for such low-quality food is unacceptable. After eating here, it’s hard to believe the high ratings online—they feel highly misleading. If you care about food more than Instagram aesthetics, avoid this place. White Teak needs to seriously fix its kitchen because ambience alone can’t compensate for such bad food. i had ordered 6 items all were bad , mexican half and half korean burger , panner tilla sandwich, fries, cold coffee and matcha everything was pathetic

The waiter did not allow me to sit in a vacant 4 seater table since I had gone there by myself. Then I had requested him to give me the next vacant seat while I sat on an uncomfortable counter top, which he completely ignored. Infact he gave the next vacant one to another couple who came after me. The most disrespectful and ignorant behaviour that I have ever faced.

When we ordered for a breakfast platter , there was no option for egg preference, and when mentioned the person who was available said I had to for to them and inform , worst service

Overpriced breakfast platters with little or no quality ingredients. At least maintain taste consistency if you are going to charge higher for small portions.
