This place is such a great option if you are looking for a budget friendly place with a vast menu and a really aesthetic ambiance. Personally i have visited this place multiple times and my experience has been really nice every time. I absolutely love their chicken strips,fries,pizza and sliders. 📍Xero Degrees,Sadar,Nagpur.

Loved the aesthetic and funky ambience. A perfect place to vibe and hangout with your friends. The fries, pasta and sliders are Bomb! 🔥🙌

The ambience was good, and the service was great. But the food was pretty bad. Way too much cheese in sliders and garlic bread. Chef has to understand that adding a lot of cheese does not necessarily add to the taste. Multiple items had this problem.

The food was good but it has serious maintenance issues. From unstable tables to broken washroom latch to horribly unclean chair and sofa. Behaviour of the staff is highly unprofessional.

Food is decent, staff needs to be a little courteous for the place and charges. Service is slow. Not a very clean place, furniture needs cleaning.

I must say other cities Xero degrees is doing justice to the brand but the Nagpur branch always disappoints us , today we went to the cafe we had a 8 month pregnant friend with us , lift wasn't working and so she climbed stairs with us as soon as we reached she said its closing we said you should have mentioned it on the entry gate that its closed , she said upar aana nai tha , we said its only 9pm kese closing time hoo gaya she said close hoo gaya hai cafe aap jaiye we said okay and later while we were leaving she said ab mat aaiyega aap , we also left saying aana prefer bhi nai karenge , this is soo rude .

First off, the ambience and service at this restaurant is subpar. They didnt give tissues, water, anything. We hoped the food would fair better but the pasta was tasteless, the fries were not crunchy, the sliders were sweet. We couldnt even click photos because they were aggressively cleaning the floor and walls while we were sitting.

The order took literally 45 min to come. All orders delivered were wrong. We ordered Freak shakes and it was mildly freaky. Watered down to max. The chicken strips were having distinct smell of palm oil. We had ordered chicken Mexican nachos, the waiter brought veg ones that too after 45 min. Not visiting again.
