The food was mediocre, half the items on the menu weren’t available and the items available tasted stale. The cold coffee did not have a hint of coffee, tasted more like a vanilla milkshake with colouring in it. The worst service ever possible. Having visited this hotel numerous times in the past I am highly disappointed with the experience. This would be the last resort for me to visit. Food: 2/5 Ambience: 2/5 Quantity: 2/5 Quality: 3/5 Plating: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Valet: N/A Parking space: 4/5

I was there for a day and had buffet meals. The food quality and variety was amazing. However the food was not warm enough and the crockery doesn't meet Taj standards. The restaurant staff is extremely polite, courteous and quick in their service.I would specially like to mention Ms Reni who goes out of her way to ensure that the guests are comfortable.I definitely recommend this restaurant for those in Nasik and also people who stop over for a good satisfying meal

Been to Citrine twice now, have been disappointed both the times. We tried the buffet the first time we went, the buffet had a ton of options but nearly all of them had some problem or the other. Except the desserts, the buffet is a waste. Considering this is a Taj Hotel, it was extremely poor. The second time we went there to celebrate a birthday, some of us tried the buffet again and I ordered a la carte. Lat Mai Kai and Pad Thai noodles, the chicken was undercooked and rubbery. The noodles were good but they added peanuts which was not mentioned in the menu and can cause a massive allergic reaction for many people. The seasonal mocktails were a disaster and we had to get them changed twice. Overall, we will never be visiting Citrine again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Most over rated buffet ever .. very less food variety but nothing tasted good or as per charges. Overall if you are a foodie, it's a big NO.

A truly Taj experience I must say! This is a 24X7 coffee shop.Has both inside and outdoor seating arrangement. We sat outside enjoying our first dinner of new year. The tomato shorba was just perfect appetizer, which set our tastebuds wanting for more! We had ordered for a set menu which has daal, tandoori roti and grilled fish. The fish chunks were juicy and tempting. Finally the gosth biryani, the best biryani I’ve had till now,the rice itself was so aromatic complementing the meat chunks. The marinade for the meat was truly magical. The spices made it up for the cold breeze outside. We finished our dinner with Rasgullas,so soft and juicy ,just perfect to start off our new year journey.Really a wonderful dining experience at Gateway!
