Had a fantastic experience at Big Pitcher Bar! The ambiance is lively and vibrant, perfect for a night out with friends. The food was delicious with great variety, and the drinks were well-crafted. Service was prompt and courteous, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

Ali provided us with excellent service. He was very humble and attentive throughout. We are regular customers at Big Pitcher and always enjoy coming here. The experience is consistently great, and the hospitality makes it even better.

Chilli paneer was great till date. Beer equally good. Bar and general layout and lighting needs little improvement in the inside sitting area. Out side sitting is good. Overall a good bar.

Served expired Gingerale, Food was very average. No salt in Dal Makhani. Just don’t want to rate less to the outlet, hence rated 5. Otherwise service was very average.

Pleasant place for a drink or to meet friends. Quite busy, with a nice atmosphere and typically Indian music. The staff were very friendly, but one dish we ordered (the prawns) was forgotten. It was never brought to the table and also wasn’t included on the bill. The tandoori chicken was tasty, and the spring rolls were good as well. The baked potatoes with toppings were a bit weaker, but as bar-style food they were acceptable. Prices are quite high – for example, a bottle of Corona cost over 800 rupees. Overall, a decent place.

Had a really bad experience here. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The kind of language used was completely unacceptable and not something any customer should have to tolerate. We were the only ones present at that time, which makes it even more concerning. If this is how customers are treated when no one else is around, it raises serious questions about respect and basic conduct. I’ve visited this place multiple times before and even recommended it to others, but this experience completely changed my perception. Bringing a friend here for the first time and facing this was honestly embarrassing. Think twice before visiting such places, especially when you are alone it did not feel safe at all.
