I have done payment by mistake and they refund me in 5-7 working days very helpful staff and definitely I will go when I go next time

The staff made me feel like they were doing a favour of serving me and my family ! Let me start with how it started. I with my family, went there on a weekday afternoon to have snacks ( we wanted to give this empty cafe a try). We gave orders and were patiently waiting in our car , when from nowhere a white Suzuki grand Vistara (HR26) number came from behind, and I sow the guy driving it just show fingers at us , asking us to pull ahead to give him space ( IT WAS NOT SHOCKING FOR GURUGRAM STANDARD) . I pulled ahead and gave him space ! But guess what, those 2 same people ( young boy and young girl) were handling the cafe when we went inside to sit n eat, apparently with no shame and guilt on their faces. We were all shocked to see such kind of mafia mindset . Coming to the ambiance now, my sister asked them that the AC doesn’t work, the lady responded by saying, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHIFT UNDER AC ( apparently just 1 AC for the whole dining area) , we Shifted! My sister went out to used the washroom, and a DOG came out of it while she was trying to enter, and then that same dog entered MENs Washroom ( all the best cleaning the bacteria there ). We ordered HONEY CHILLI POTATO, CHILLI CHICKEN AND A GRILLED VEG SANDWICH . The food was not that bad , though the sandwich bread was stale ( we tasted just 1 slice and left others) . Chilling chicken was OK and Honey chilli potato lacked Honey. Anyway, I am never going there , and so is nobody I know. It’s run by absolute arrogant, unfriendly staff, also it lacks any food taste. Total waste of time !
