If if I could rate, I would rate this in minus pathetic service, pathetic to say the least!!! the staff was not available, not even a singh. We waited for an hour and did not receive a single dish, not even available when we got the table waiting for 30 minutes. We waited for 1.5 hours and still did not get anything because of the pathetic service that they served. I’ve been to Gurgaon‘s Barbeque, and that is why I came here, but this one is the worst the staff was saying we’ll run away. We’ll do this and that and staff was not staff are saying we will stop serving after 11 and yet they did not serve anything before that. No, we came for Barbeque and the barbeque. Tandoor was not available. Half of the item in the menu were not available. They did not even serve water. Even the counters were off, and they asked to pay ₹2800 for two people, whereas we did not even receive single dish. When it came to pizza, they gave us bread with cheese.

Service was pathetic and food was even more pathetic. Everything felt stale. I ordered for a non veg buffet, but I was served non veg starters once that too were completely cold and had a stale smell. Then even after requesting again and again I was served veg starters. Finally when I was about to leave they brought two non veg items, one was again served cold and the other was very smelly, so couldn’t have it. Completely not worth the amount they are charging. Not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience. We booked this place mainly for the barbecue buffet, but were told there was no coal, so no barbecue was available. The food quality was below average, with most items lacking taste and freshness. The AC was also not working, and only coolers were arranged, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Overall, poor food quality, missing barbecue, and inadequate facilities made this buffet not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience, so unhygienic, staters are cold, food taste is below average, poor or slow service, sofas are very dirty, no grill is provided for staters, and so expensive, not satisfactory for that price, only good thing is ice cream is nice
