I ordered some chaat and there came a cockroach crawling in it. I had to force myself to vomit whatever i had eaten before and had to throw the remaining food in the trash. I’m hoping that i do not get any food poisoning due to eating the contaminated food. I’m worried for my daughter too. Shameful & scary experience. This is how these ppl play with our health. Will report to the police about this incident if i feel sick.

Ordered Gol gappas. They were all broken. When we send them pictures of the order. All they did was a standard apology and INR30.00 credit. Their order costs INR200.00 and even when all were broken they just offered INR30.00. Not a great service. Especially when you are a pro plus member. I can't imagine what they'll do for a standard member. I will highly recommend against ordering from this place.

It’s rare to find a place that is both dishonest about their ingredients and aggressive toward their guests. Serving soya in a chicken paratha is a scam, and the owner’s hostile reaction when confronted shows they know exactly what they’re doing. Don't waste your time or health on this place. The tasteless Bhalla Chaat was just the cherry on top of a pathetic visit.

Ordered butter chicken and found flies in it AND spring roll was smelly and stale . next time ordered tandoori chicken and it was raw .
