Visited Chai Lelo couple of days back with my friend to relax and have some quick food. The outlet is beautifully setup and with wooden benches ans tables around a little small garden which gives you a feel of seating in a beautiful dense garden and enjoying your evening tea. We started with Keema pav and soya Pav. Two pieces of both were served along with mint chutney. Tried the soya pav and it was decent and I paired it with - watermelon - strawberry bubble tea. While my friend had Cold coffee and seeing the expression of my friend I believed it tasted good. We were full while having this only but somehow ended up ordering - Bombay sandwich. It was a grilled sandwich with veggies and bit is potato stuffing in it. They have brown bread option is available which we opted for as my friend is maida concious which we realised after having pav. The outlet is surprisingly beautiful, you need to get inside to enjoy the ambience. Divided into three sections. If you are looking for quick bite, pocked friendly dates this is the place you should go for. Do checkout it out if you are around and thanks me later for such pretty place.

Chai lelo is a great place for a meal, they got an indoor AC section but the real charm of this cafe is their cozy and wonderful outdoor section. The food over here is pocket friendly and amazing. In drinks I had- 1. Bubblegum Black Tea- it was something new that I tried and I kind of liked it. 2. Classic Boba Tea- this tea had my heart. It was so amazing that I end up ordering it twice. Apart from drinks I had- 1. Veg Tikki Burger with Fries- the patty was crispy and the bun were so soft. The sauces were amazing too. I totally loved it. 2. Pizza Momo- it was filled with corn and cheese and it was scrumptious. 3. Soya Keema Samosa- I loved the soya filling. It had perfect balance of spices. 4. Tadka Maggi- it tasted absolutely relishing. The staff was very polite and friendly. I totally enjoyed the food and would love to visit this place again. Food-5/5 Presentation-5/5 Service-5/5

Visited on a weekday afternoon, loved the ambiance and vibe of this place. Beautiful and green surrounding. The food is delicious- we had chicken keema and soya keema pav, Bombay sandwich , cold coffee and bubble tea. Had an exciting experience.

Went there some time back when they had the old menu. This outlet is on the first floor of a hotel. The indoor part is average while the outdoor which is on the ground floor looks nice. Having said that, it is weirdly made. Had Vada Pao, Chicken Pakodas, Aloo Paratha and Tawa Chicken Pulao and loved the food. The menu looks slightly different now but I hope the food is as good as earlier. Cold Coffee and Masala Tea were avaeeage though. No issues with service and it was neat.

I was out in the morning for my college work. I came across this resturant and it turned out to be really good. I was very hungry so I ordered VEG BURGER, SALTED FRIES, ADRAK EIACHI CHAI, PEACH ICE TEA, AMRTISARI ALOO MATAR SAMOSA. I really loved the FRIES AND BURGER THE AMRTISARI SAMOSA WAS CHERRY ON TOP. PEACH ICE TEA WAS SWEET AND  TANGY CHAI WAS 3.5/5 THE AMBIENCE WAS VERY SOOTHING WITH OPEN SITTING AREA AND SMOKING AREA THE STAFF WAS POLITE OVERALL- 4/5

Hi Sir, Chailelo is a wonderful idea and for me its a wonderful place to spend my time or complete my daily chores. So far my journey with Chailelo has been delightful. But this time when coming to chai lelo at your "Pamposh Enclave- Greater Kailash" branch, i was really hurt when i was doing my daily chores and some one from staff came in and interupted rudely.I came to this place at 3.11 pm and ordered immediately. My order Id is 0734-3055. This guy from staff at around 4.15 pm came to me and ordered me to buy something. He mentioned that you have to order after 2 hours and it's a must because you are sitting at an AC place and using our resources. Its free to sit outside where AC facility is not available. When i asked him that this has never happened with me and i am a frequent customer, his arguement was that this is the procedure and you have to follow it. I tried connecting to his superior , to which he mentioned that he looks after all the Delhi and Gurgaon's outlet. I know of this place as one of the best cafe's in delhi to spend your time and hereby writing to you as such kind of incidents ruin the image of the place. Thanks & Regards,

The oil was spilling all over and the food was all mashed up. I could not even eat it right. It got so soggy and tasteless. I hate this
