We ordered two samosa buckets because last time we have they were fresh and crispy. But this time order took long and both buckets had soggy mini samosas. Even after asking for replacement we got new bucket microwaved. Totally spoiled the experience Chai was decent.

Soggy food, delayed service and staff is cheating with customers by showing small size and charging for large size. Please clarify with staff properly before placing an order about Chai sizes. Also they microwaved Samosa and made them soggy which ruined our experience. After complaining they microwave them more.

only 1 staff who was a new joiner was there.. not his fault. he was handling the counter making food delivering to delivery partners.. we had to wait for 45 mins for a simple plain order. got tea made two times and end up leaving it as was horrible. very bad experience
