After watching a movie at Inox in Pacific Mall , I decided to get some pizza and take it back with me. The reason behind it was not only was I pretty full with all the popcorn but I also had some vouchers which entitled me to a discount at Chicago Pizza. The ordering process was pretty quick and smooth but then the employee took quite alot of time to confirm if the vouchers would work or not and all of them didn't sadly . That thing itself took around 10 minutes to solve , then the CC machine wasn't working and I gave them the solution that there was older transaction which wasn't printed and viola that worked , which took another 7-8 mins to resolve. So all in all even before I paid and my order was prepared I had wasted 20 odd minutes. Then after I paid for my food and drinks I went for some shopping and was told the items would be ready in 15 minutes or so. Which it kind of was but there was another bummer , I had ordered for pasta and later on , the employee , she realised that they were out of pasta. She refunded me the money and then went on to finally finish the cutting of pizza, closing of the mocktail and adding the condiments. Obviously I didn't get the S or C GST refund so yeah they made money on that but it wasn't a big amount so won't complain. Sadly the vouchers don't work for delivery which sucks. The packaging itself was very well done both for the pizzas aswell as the drinks. I took a cab back home and there was no spillage whatsoever and they did use a nice cap for the mocktails. I had ordered - 1) Blue Lagoon - Honestly this was highly dissapointing, don't get this. It has a very weird chlorine type flavour to it . Had asked to make it sweeter but wasn't done . Won't recommend this or I believe any of the Mocktails whatsoever. This was for free so didn't really matter monetarily . But I would avoid the mocktails and maybe just get a cold drink instead . 2) Veggie Delight Pizza - Got the Medium Cheese Blast Pizza as I had a coupon for 1+1 on Medium Cheese Blast Pizza. So this was my +1 pizza which was for "free". It was a very well made and very well loaded pizza. The flavours were nice , but being honest have had better veggie pizzas from many different joints. Funnily I generally prefer this type of veg pizza from fast food joints than the nonveg counterparts but this was not the case here. Eitherways it was a nice pizza loaded with Paneer , Mushrooms and Bell Peppers. Cheese Blast wasn't really fulfilling though. 3) Non Veg Overload Pizza - This was really good , completely loaded with loads of non veg topping everywhere, even till the crush in some pieces . Toppings consisted of - BBQ Chicken , Smoked Chicken Breast , Chicken Ham , Chicken Meatballs and Chicken Tikka. They added a good amount of cheese on this one and the cheese Blast was more apparent than the veggie pizza. The flavours worked really well with each other and this was a very good pizza and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend trying this. Now coming to the rating of this place. Yes , it has its negatives but the value is very good. Would I order or come back. Possibly if I get a good value deal with vouchers or whatever offer they have that day , which they do offer kind of like a daily deal. For the price of 6-700 (after the pasta refund I don't remember how much it exactly was) for 2 premium medium pizzas which are very well loaded , taste good and can easily feed 4-6 people , it's very much worth it. My feedback would be to train the staff to use the CC Machine and use of vouchers or the daily deals. Otherwise the staff was very nice , smiling faces and really helpful with good efficiency. Food was nice but if mocktails quality can be improved that would be appreciated.

Absolutely terrible pizza, ordered through swiggy first they charged for 7 types of cheese pizza then delivered plain pizza. Which had a absolutely terrible sauce and little to no cheese and a greasy layer which I felt like puking after taking a bite. When reached out to swiggy customer care they said restaurant is not replying to their queries. Will never order again.
