Amazing ambiance, good staff, great hospitality. I visit the cafe every other day! The team knows my coffee very well, saif is really humble and makes a perfect latte art.

ideal for work as they have free wifi and it runs smoothly. expensive in comparison to the food quality. the sandwich was decent and coffee was also good but it is priced very high in terms of quality of the food and the quantity. you can find better options nearby like tim hortons.

Two people are running the outlet on a friday evening wherein they are taking orders, answering questions about food, preparing the order and then serving it… hence the service is bound to be bad.. the quality and taste of the food is below average. You look at the food and you know it is not fresh.. the rice bowl lacked taste, the pizza was average and the aglio olio was the worst I’ve ever eaten. On top of it the portion size of each of the dishes is much smaller then you’d expect to be making it even more disappointing. The staff does not welcome or talk to you with a smile, is uptight about anything you ask them. Thumbs down.

As your name of the outlet is Coffee Island- European Culture,I expected a good coffee but was totally disappointed. Hope you get better with time.
