wonderful food and beverages with lively music being played. the staff was amazing especially Mr Himanshu Bhakuli, the manager of that particular place was very kind and helpful, i left my belonging there after the dinner but he made me feel trusted and i got it back the next day. wonderful experience, and one of the sweetest staff and service experience.

I ordered butter chicken, the gravy was good in taste but the chicken was undercooked. So we requested the staff to make it properly again, they just reheated the dish and the meat was still undercooked. The staff were polite. The ambience was okay.

I visited this restaurant today with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. We ordered Palak Paneer Seekh, Mushroom Galouti, Handi Paneer, Veg Fried Rice, and Veg Manchurian. Honestly, the food tasted no better than what you would expect from a roadside dhaba. The flavors lacked quality, presentation was average, and the dishes did not justify the restaurant's reputation or pricing. What disappointed me even more was the service. The manager on duty, Mr. Prakash, was standing at the bar with the chef, enjoying drinks, instead of ensuring guests were being looked after. At no point did anyone visit our table to ask for feedback or check whether we were satisfied with the food. As someone from the hospitality industry, I understand how important guest engagement and service standards are. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on both food quality and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall dining experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place based on my visit.

Music was too loud, did not decrease even after asking multiple times. Food was average at best. The whole place smelled like uncooked meat, can do better in terms of ventilation

Since we went at 11 pm, it was time for the last order. The staff was more busy wrapping things up. Water was served at last, no assistance in serving the food.
