The service from Amit and Rajendra is excellent as always. I’ve been here many times over the last few years and I’ve tried the roast chicken for the first time. It was well done.

I visited Elma’s after all the raving reviews. I unfortunately ordered a mocha and a hot chocolate along with a slice of the carrot cake. Even though the carrot cake was fabulous (5 stars for the cake) I was highly disappointed by the drinks. The mocha was like a sad and depressed slightly foamy milk concoction with trace amounts of coffee, which may have been instant coffee. The hot chocolate reminded me of my childhood days( the unpleasant part), given that it tasted like the bournvita milk I never wanted to drink, complete with the irritating layer of cream that kept forming and had to be fished out. It was served in a flimsy glass cup, the cup too ashamed to form an alliance with a saucer given all the water stains from improper washing. While I dont want to comment on the pricing, if I could I would definitely want a refund for the calories I wasted on my meal at Elma’s.

Disappointed with the food. The pasta was flavourless and had no sauce. when I asked for some sauce, the dish went back to the kitchen and came back as is. the chicken sandwich was stale and disgusting. the service was indifferent to say the least. never going again.

Pull Apart Garlic Bread is falsely advertised to be freshly baked. A barely reheated excuse that is served cold on the inside. The cheese topping is only hints of cheese sprinkled around for the sake of it. Drinking water is stored in open jugs adjacent to the washroom door (a disgusting washroom that is frequently used by both customers and staff). So unless you order bottled water, you'll be served water marinated in poop air. The cherry on top is the staff. The entire staff (down to the cashier) vanished for 20 minutes straight (it was a weekend evening and half the tables were occupied) Not that they are of any help when they are present. They don't bother refilling water glasses or inquiring for orders unless called over. They remain too busy gossiping at the billing counter to bother waiting on customers. Overall, an extremely off-putting first and hopefully last experience.

I ordered the French toast and a cold coffee. While the French toast was average, the cold coffee was disappointing—it lacked any taste or flavor, and I’m certain you could make a better one at home. The food felt heavily overpriced, and the meal didn’t seem worth what we paid. They charged ₹150 for bottled water and added a 10% service charge. We requested to have the service charge removed, which they agreed to. However, when we went to pay, they told us we could no longer pay via Swiggy/Zomato since the service charge had been removed. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere, nor were we informed about it in advance. The service wasn’t great either. Definitely wouldn’t visit again!

We were rudely asked to leave before we even finished. The food was not up to the mark, especially the tiramisu was an abomination in the name of desserts. The staff was extremely rude and insensitive. And the place was crowded and not well managed. Our order took more than 40 mins.

Food was good but ambiance was bad there was water pulling and no place to walk as water is on the road, it’s hard even to enter the place, this should be fixed as soon as possible
