The guy at this first coffee store took my order for a hot chocolate. After payment was made, he absolutely failed to make the order. Made me wait for 30 minutes. Kept calling his colleagues to check how it’s made. Since it was an online payment, he failed to give refund. I finally left without my hot chocolate and without a refund! Horrible! First coffee is totally avoidable!!!
