Food was not at all tasty…i guess that is why its always empty even on weekends. Quantity and quality both were below average. The only edible thing was the ramen bowl.

The staff was really undertrained and disappointing. They didn’t know what the food items in the menu well. Whether a dish was more or curry or dry. The staff was inattentive and disorganised. They took the order and forgot to check in on it and then blamed the kitchen staff and also were not sure of what order they took even when they noted down taking the order. The food was prepped with too much salt. That we had to send back dishes. On asking for the Manager they said that there’s no Manager and that she is on leave. After which we had to inquire about a duty manager. The only good thing / saving grace about the restaurant was the duty manager who had some for of decency and courtesy to understand the issues. Very pathetic experience.

Went to Kampai and had a really disappointing experience. After ordering, they immediately told us one of the drinks wasn’t available, which was fine, but then we waited a long time only to be told the bartender wasn’t there. We asked them to bring everything together, yet they randomly brought just one appetizer while nothing else was ready. When the drinks finally arrived they looked very low effort, served in random glasses with thick straws, and the food still never came. After waiting way too long we decided to cancel everything and leave, and even that took asking twice. Overall it felt very disorganized and poorly managed.

Music sound is loud and unnecessary. Food was below average. The tuna sashimi was not fresh, the chicken skewer was a mince tikka with too much salt, and the sushi was bang average. All this after telling something we ordered wasn’t available, 15 minutes after placing the order. Also, after forgetting another item we ordered - but thank god cause that would have terrible as well.
