The ambience is very nice and warm. Lighting is very good too and creates the feel of a homely warm setup. Service is good too. But the dishes are only average in test. We went there to have soups: 1. Thupka was super spicy and didn't contain any dumpling. 2. Cream of mushroom soup wasnt creamy and was runny/watery.

The manchow soup was not that good. It felt like a normal vegetable soup that is not spicy at all and the noodles in it were very less. The waiter kept staring at me despite giving death stares to him after ignoring him multiple times.

I visited Kutumb Restaurant in Gurgaon with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The quality of the food was poor, and all of us suffered from an upset stomach for three days after dining there. The taste was suspiciously like they had used Maggi masala in the dishes, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this stature. Moreover, the staff were quite rude when we raised our concerns. We requested the manager to connect us to the owner, Aashish Arora, but he blatantly refused. Despite trying multiple times through various channels, we could not reach the owner. It appears that the owner deliberately avoids customer interaction. While the restaurant seems to have a strong social media presence, it feels like many of the positive reviews are purchased rather than genuine. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Kutumb Restaurant due to poor food quality, unprofessional staff behavior, and lack of accountability from the management.
